These terms govern your use of newgenerationworkflow.com (the "Site") and any access you are granted to the New Generation Workflow ("NGW") beta programme. NGW is operated by COMET Studio. By using the Site or submitting your email, you agree to what is written below.
The Site and the NGW beta are provided by COMET Studio. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean COMET Studio acting in that capacity. If you need to reach us about anything in this document, write to hello@cometstudio.io.
The Site is an informational page about NGW, with two forms: one to request access to the closed beta and one to subscribe to release notes. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell a product, a guarantee of access, or a commitment to a delivery date. We may change, pause or withdraw the beta programme at any time.
Submitting the beta form puts you on a waiting list. We review submissions at our discretion and we are not obliged to grant access to everyone who applies. If we do invite you, separate terms specific to the beta software (covering confidentiality, acceptable use, and the as-is nature of pre-release software) will be sent with the invite and must be accepted before you can sign in.
You agree not to: probe, scan or stress-test the Site or its APIs; submit forms with someone else's email; automate submissions; or use the Site to send unlawful, infringing or malicious content. We may block requests, drop submissions, or revoke beta access if we see any of the above.
The Site's copy, layout, illustrations and the NGW name and logo are owned by COMET Studio or used under licence. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the Site or its design to present them as your own. Short quotations with a credit are fine.
The Site links to third-party services such as COMET Studio and the analytics, hosting and database providers listed in our privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or availability of services we do not operate. Their terms apply when you use them.
The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we cannot promise either.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMET Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, the forms, or any beta access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence or for personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms when the Site or the beta changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects people on the beta or subscription list, we will mention it in the next release notes email.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to COMET Studio's place of business. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law.
